Unit 1 – 180m Full Perimeter With an overclad roof design, no equipment could be fixed directly to the roof. Our team designed and installed independent scaffold towers spaced strategically around the building, with handrails tied in at roof level from the internal legs – providing full edge protection without compromising the roof. A custom built 8m wide x 3m deep double-width loading platform was also installed to safely accommodate 7m roofing sheets. Unit 2 – 90m Across 3 Sides This flat roof replacement required a similar no-roof-contact approach. We built up from ground level using scaffold towers, connecting handrails at roof height across three elevations. A 4m wide x 3m deep loading bay completed the access package
